S350GD is a code of hot dip galvanized steel, which is a type of structural steel that has a minimum yield strength of 350 MPa. It is often followed by “+Z” or “+AZ” and number, which indicates the thickness of the zinc or aluzinc coating. For instance, S350GD+Z275 refers to galvanized steel that has been coated with a zinc layer weighing 275 g/㎡, while S350GD+AZ150 refers to galvalume steel coated with an aluminum-zinc alloy weighing 1.5 ounces per square foot.
